Ar. Jaff, obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Don Honorio Ventura State University in 2012. With over a decade of professional experience, he has played a pivotal role in a wide array of projects, showcasing his expertise and extraordinary design approach.

In 2019, he took the initiative to establish KJHP Design Group, an architectural firm that leads with a vision to foster creativity and deliver tangible architectural solutions. At KJHP Design Group, he leads a team of young architects and designers who share his passion for creating extraordinary architecture that resonates with their clients' needs and aspirations.

Ar. Albert Bagtas Jr.

Senior Architect | Head of Construction

Ar Albert, who holds the position of Head of Construction, plays a crucial role in supervising on-site operations and assessing the development of the company's projects to guarantee that construction is carried out in accordance with the designs and plans. He completed his education at Don Honorio Ventura State University and earned his professional license after passing the Architect Licensure Examination in June 2023.

Ar. Marc Teves

Ar. Marc serves as the leader of the Design Team, overseeing the successful execution of projects. His key role involves assigning tasks to team members and closely supervising their progress and performance. Ar. Marc is a graduate of Don Honorio Ventura State University and obtained his professional license by passing the June 2024 Architect Licensure Examination.

Ria Sanchez

Junior Design Associate

Ria, a graduate of Mapúa University. She is responsible for creating detailed working drawings and construction documents that are essential for the successful execution of our projects. Additionally, Ria is actively involved in the process of translating and refining these documents into design proposals. Her communication skills are evident in her role, as she effectively liaises with our partners and suppliers to ensure that our projects are executed seamlessly.

Allysa Mallari

Junior Design Associate

Allysa, with her degree at Holy Angel University, actively engages with the team to conceptualize and develop intricate designs for each project. She documents the progress of the design phase, ensuring that all details are accurately captured and organized. She oversees and manages the comprehensive documentation of project construction, ensuring that every aspect is thoroughly recorded and maintained for future reference.

Bryan Carlos

Junior Design Associate

Bryan, who graduated from Don Honorio Ventura State University with a focus on architectural design and visualization, works collaboratively with the team to create highly detailed 3D visualization models and renderings of project perspectives. These models serve as valuable tools for the firm's architectural visions.

Erl Villapana

Junior Design Associate

Erl, a graduate of Don Honorio Ventura State University, combines his passion for architecture to create our vision, bringing perspectives to reality and using visual storytelling to capture and communicate the design and features of the firm's projects through photography and videography.

Julia Pineda

Administrative Manager

She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Don Honorio Ventura State University. Her role encompasses overseeing the daily operations of the office, liaising with our partners and suppliers, and offering essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the entire office.
